• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lebol, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
 

6. Waiver of Claims
 

By using the App, you agree that you give up all rights to claim any benefits, compensation, or damages from Lebol, its developers, or any party associated with the developers for any outcomes that may arise from the use of the App. This includes any direct or indirect consequences resulting from your reliance on the information provided by the App.
